As the summer winds down and monsoon season ends, we're excited for cooler weather (hello mid 90s! 🤣). The transition into Fall is all about slowing down and finding new ways to connect with yourself and others.
Whether you’ve been practicing for years, or just getting started, there’s something for everyone this month with our special yoga events line-up this September. From donation-based classes that support our local animal shelter, to more technical asana-focused practices, and workshop that will help you create a stronger self-care and love practice, we have seven different special yoga events to help you deepen your yoga practice.
