Michelle Eggett

Michelle has been practicing yoga for over a decade, beginning with 26&2 and transitioning to Hatha Yoga, with a strong focus on breathwork and meditation. She believes that yoga is one of the most powerful forms of healing, and is passionate about sharing this practice with others. Through yoga, Michelle has cultivated self-love, trust in her body, and a deep connection to her intuition. She completed Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Washington, 50-hour Hatha-focused Sadhana with Rooted Yoga PNW and her 200-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training at Urban Yoga in Phoenix. Off the mat, Michelle serves on the board of the Hermitage Cat Shelter and enjoys studying holistic medicine, cooking, hiking, and plant-momming!
